About The Role

HUB continues to experience explosive growth and is seeking a dynamic Leader to join our Personal Insurance Leadership Team. This is an ideal role for a strong people leader with Personal Lines Insurance experience who is career driven, has a strong focus on employee engagement and customer experience. The role reports to our Personal Insurance Executive Leader.

What You’ll Do

Provide effective leadership by motivating a team of insurance brokers, coaching and mentoring them to meet performance targets, adhere to company and industry standards, and provide an exceptional customer experienceFoster a culture of professional growth and development among team membersBuild and maintain relationships with insurance company partners and stakeholdersEstablish and recommend strategies, policies and processes to improve the businessProvide insight and direction to drive the company forward as a member of the Personal Insurance Leadership teamParticipate in the development and implementation of business plans and manage day-to-day operations to achieve key business goals

Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success

5+ years of Personal Insurance leadership experienceRIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) in good standing requiredDemonstrated success in building, engaging, and developing teamsExceptional communication and analytical skillsAbility to think strategically and execute on visionA proven track record of achieving organizational objectives through effective leadershipStrong knowledge of home and auto insurance underwriting policiesIndustry designations such as CAIB, CIP, CRM, or FCIP an asset
