Here’s Where You Come In

We are currently seeking a Support Specialist to join our Property & Casualty Personal Lines team. In this role, you'll be supporting a team of Account Managers by issuing evidence of insurance and auto identification cards, processing endorsements, maintaining client information, quoting,  and processing transactions in our agency management systems, and other tasks to support overall workflows and client service.

Located in our downtown San Antonio office, after an initial onboarding and training period of several months onsite, this position may be considered for a hybrid work schedule (3 days office, 2 days remote).

You’re Great At

Ideally, you will have experience in an administrative support role focused on proactive, accurate, and responsive follow through, and a year of experience in the insurance industry. Insurance administration, customer service, and/or insurance operations experience preferred. Experience with an agency management system, particularly Epic and ImageRight, a plus. You'll need solid skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Demonstrated attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and organizational skills are essential.  This position requires a Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license, to be obtained within the first sixty days of employment.

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Education: High school or equivalent
