In the role of Personal Systems Management Administrator I, we'll count on you to:
Support global management systems that provide OS and application patching for Workstations and Servers, Monitoring and Alerting on all production Windows and Linux servers and storage systemsApply technology to address business needs and constraintsAssist staff to achieve efficient and effective use of computing technology and maximize utilization of computer resourcesCombine a breadth of IT experience with an overriding concern and urgency for excellent customer serviceParticipate in enterprise-wide IT projects and initiativesProvide advanced troubleshooting on complicated IT issuesResponsible for creating deployment packages and custom applications in an enterprise environmentAssist the IT Support team with the inventory management of all IT AssetsWorking in Hybrid (On Premise Active Directory Azure Active Directory) environment for Windows 10 endpointsThis position will require up to 15% travel for scheduled activitiesPreferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the System Center Management SuiteRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related technical area, or the relevant combination of education and relevant experience A minimum of 3 years' of experience in administering Windows 10/Office 365, Active Directory, and Scripting Good communication skills Computer hardware experience, Power BI, Power Automate, System Center Management tools are a plusAbility to interact with customers in a professional manner when providing support for customer problem resolution Self-starter with the ability to perform assigned administration tasks with minimal supervision Attitude and commitment to be an active participant of our employee-owned culture Course work in Computer Science/MIS-related area or equivalent work experience Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsGood client service, interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
