Qualified Candidates:
Are Certified Personal Trainers, Certified Yoga Instructors, or hold a degree in Kinesiology. If LMT certified: have at least 500 hours of massage therapy school, a certificate of completion, or
satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in NYIf CPTs certified: have one year of experience in personal training, therapeutic body work or related field AND a current personal training certification from an accredited program OR a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or similar fieldHave a passion for helping others feel their bestAre eager for growth and desire to build on their bodywork mastery
Day-to-Day:
Deliver customized Total Body Stretch services to promote clients’ flexibility, mobility and performanceCommunicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectationsStay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each serviceRecommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
