Our Personalization team continues to expand the ability to create beautifully personalized Crate and Barrel products for our customers. This role supports the Personalization department by organizing, managing, and processing all support methods to drive personalization efficiencies and production accuracy. 

This is an on-site position based out of our Romeoville, IL Distribution CenterThis role is an Individual Contributor position 

A day in the life as a Personalization Coordinator...

Product template set-up (Pulse Id software) for Production and QA and Sampling for all PZ techniques B2B Customer Spec Sheet/artwork support and creation Sample execution and management to include testing for all techniques Knowledge of all Personalization machinery and operation expert (willing to train)Daily Personalization internal reporting management Setup and manage SLUs in Pulse Id system Works with product design and merchandising teams to identify which templates and fonts will work with which SKUs and substrates Support B2B partners to ensure all order requirements and requests are delivered flawlessly 

What you’ll bring to the table…  

Understanding basic design functions, including color matching, design style and product construction attributes Excellent, effective, timely communication skills and the ability to translate Personalization vision and customer needs

Adobe Illustrator on PC Photoshop Willing to learn and become subject matter expert on all PZ equipment Pulse Id template set-up and management Graphic artist experience to create spec sheets 

Minimum Starting Rate: $42,000.00 Annually

Up to: $52,500.00 Annually

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
