Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Personalization & Testing Coordinator for an exciting home builder headquartered in Houston, TX. This role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact at a growing company committed to personal and professional growth. You will lead efforts in optimizing the customer journey through A/B testing and personalization strategies, ensuring tailored content delivery to maximize engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities:Identify opportunities and implement testing methods to validate customer response hypotheses for online experiencesLead the setup and deployment of A/B testing and personalization campaignsApply rigorous QA practices to ensure accurate and reliable test setupsConduct detailed analyses of test outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations
