Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Personnel Manager to support one of Credence’s premier space programs where we are providing a broad range of acquisition capabilities and integrated program management solutions. This work will encompass space related research, development, production, operations & maintenance, and lifecycle acquisition activities directly impacting the Military Communication (MilComm) and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Directorate.

 

Salary Range

Full salary range for this position is $140,000 to $250,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Provide Directorate level support for infrastructure, human resources, and personnel management Responsible for overseeing the following organizational support services functions:Automated Data Processing Equipment ManagementTrack all assigned hardware and ensure hand receipts are signed forPerform semi-annual inventory of all items and equipment Coordinate equipment transfersManage routine maintenance schedule on equipmentBase help desk coordinaiion for hardware malfunctionsExecute the transition and maintenance of a standard functional databaseInfrastructure ManagementManage monthly building occupancy and analyze space requirementsCoordinate and facilitate monthly facility board meetingsCommunicate any ongoing requirementsMeet and communicate with all 3-letter and 4-letter organizations Education, Professional Development & Recognition Program Plan, organize, and evaluate the organizations training and professional development program Interact with DOD and vendor training offerorsTrack and process government ethics 450Unit Deployment, Readiness and Self-Assessment Program Monitor and track deploying personnel and equipment and complete applicable documentation Track, monitor and coordinate equipment purchasingComply with management internal control toolset database policiesManage the task management tool and organizational inbox daily while delegating resposibilties. Performance ManagementTrack military performance reports, feedback forms, military promotion forms, stratifications, and force shaping formsPrepare packages for review prior to stratification boards Monitor performance deadlines and drive completion Manpower, Personnel, and Information Management Maintain unit personnel management roster, organizational charts, unit manning document, and related organizational rosters related to personnel management activities.Ensure compliance across Air Force / Space Force instructions Cooridnate with COR on prioritization of positions and requisiton forms Provide analysis of overall unit military manningAssist with Interviews, interview board prep, and personnel tracking Education, Requirements and Qualifications DoD Secret security clearance is requiredBA/BS in a relevant field is required, MA/MS degree is preferredPMP certification is preferred

Ten plus (10+) years demonstrated relevant experience is required
