Five Rivers Analytics is looking for a Personnel Security Specialist IV toprovide adjudication support for Federal Adjudicators to make suitabilityand national security recommendationsin accordance withthe relevant Executive Orders (E.O.s), U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), and the policies,orders, and guidelines with the understanding that final suitability and national security determinations are made byappropriate FederalAdjudicators. Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Expertknowledgeorawarenessandadherencetogovernmentpoliciesorregulationsgoverningsecuritysuitabilityandeligibility,suchasFederalInvestigativeStandards(FIS),ExecutiveOrders(E.O.)12968,13526,and10450,CodeofFederalRegulations(CFRs),SecurityExecutiveAgent Directives(SEADs),IntelligenceCommunityDirective(ICD)704orotherguidelinestomaketheappropriateadjudicationrecommendations.

Managesthereviewofsystems,databases,responsestosecurityquestionnaires,reportsofinvestigation (ROI), law enforcement documents, incident reports, and other source securityinformationthatcontainpersonalhistoryandrelatedinformationassociatedwithacandidatetomakesuitability,eligibilityandadjudicationrecommendationsordeterminations.

Makesrecommendationsinaccordancewithregulationsastowhetherapplicantmeetstherequirementsforemploymentinasensitiveornon-sensitivepositionandisconsistentwithallappropriateadjudicativeguidelines.

Assistswithimplementingoperationalpolicies,procedures,programs,andstandardsasrequired,ensuringtheefficientandeffectiveimplementationoftrustedworforcetoincludetheContinuousEvaluationProgram,continuousvetting,andRAPBACK.

Assists Federal staff to develop and implement Standard OperatingProcedures.

Implementsexistingsecuritydirectives,makesrecommendationtoresolveuniqueandcomplexsecurityproblemsbycoordinatingwithseniorsecurityspecialiststoincludesolutionsandfollow-upwrittencommunications.

Contributes to initiatives aimed at improving functional and automated processes within the subdivision.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

High School diploma.

Must have6yearsofpersonnel securityexperience.

Proven experience inrenderingadjudicative decisionsorrecommendations.

Must have excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office, etc.,

Excellent written and oral communication, risk-managementand problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands:

Work is performed in an office environment.

Required to stand,walkand sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.

Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch andlift upto 25 pounds.
