36Are you ready to make a difference in the healthcare world? Gundersen Health System is looking for a Personal Staffer to join our team! As a Personnel Staffer, you'll assist hospital leadership with daily staffing operations to provide coverage for FMLA, sick calls, and immediate unit needs. On a daily/hourly basis, the staffer assigns coverage based on skill mix and level of priority, and continuously reviews to adjust as needed to provide superior customer service. The Staffer directly interfaces with hospital leadership to ensure staffing meets immediate patient care needs.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate daily staffing assignments based on priority, availability, and skill mix to ensure excellent patient care.Collaborate with leadership to assess and address immediate staffing needs across the system.Serve as a backup timekeeper for staff under supervisor direction.Document and implement procedures to ensure compliance with policies and performance standards.Maintain up-to-date Kronos records with daily staffing adjustments and assist staff with scheduling or timecard needs.What's Available:
Full-time, .9 FTE, 36 hours/weekMonday - Friday 4:30am - 2:00pm, every 3rd weekend rotation, and 3 holidays per yearWhy You'll Love It Here:
