Engaging with customers and their pets, you provide best-in-class salon-specific services and positive experiences. This role also entails shared responsibility for cleanliness, maintaining pet health and safety standards, and upholding the company’s vision, mission, values, and strategy within the store. Additionally, a key focus involves training and developing bathers and new stylists, emphasizing their growth and proficiency within the salon environment. What we’re looking for Passion for pets and people and the desire to grow a fulfilling career. 2+ years grooming experience; may be asked to complete a technical exam. High school diploma or equivalent required. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays. Proficiency in computer applications.
