In this role, you’ll ensure the hotel runs smoothly and that pets and their pet parents have an incredible experience. As a PetsHotel Associate Manager, you’ll help lead the team in the following areas: Customer Interaction: You'll lead the pack when it comes to engaging with pets and pet parents. You'll spend time getting to know each of our visitors, including their unique personalities, and ensure it's a great experience that will keep them coming back to play! Safety and Pet Care Pets are the Guest in the hotel and become our own while they are in our care, so their safety is our top priority. As the Pets Hotel Associate Manager, you'll foster a happy, healthy, and clean environment for pets and associates, including regular policy audits. Sales and Promotion - Recommend and sell additional pet training, health and wellness solutions with Pet Parents based on pet’s needs. Coordinates hotel events for pets and pet parents. Team Leadership: Provides indirect leadership to other hotel associates through training and mentoring. Culture and Recognition - Actively contributes to fostering our culture of Belonging and Recognition within the store. What we’re looking for Passion for pets and people and the desire to grow a fulfilling career. 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
