Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong CAE expertise and a background in Physical and Functional Design and Integration (PFDI) to join our automotive team. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance in vehicle development projects.


Key Responsibilities:

CAE & Analysis: Lead CAE-driven design, including structural, thermal, and fluid analyses; optimize vehicle performance using simulation tools.PFDI Integration: Oversee integration of vehicle dynamics, energy management, aerodynamics, NVH, and safety systems into designs.Project Management: Plan, track timelines, manage resources, meet milestones, and implement risk strategies.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure alignment with industry standards and manage prototype validation.Team Leadership: Motivate and guide cross-functional teams.Continuous Improvement: Enhance CAE methods and project processes.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.Experience: 3-4 years in project management with a CAE focus.Skills: Proficiency in CAE software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus), vehicle systems, project management.Technical Competencies: Knowledge of vehicle development, validation, and compliance.

Preferred:

Experience with prototypes and testing.Project Management certification (e.g., PMP).Knowledge of advanced automotive technologies.Occasional travel to testing sites and customer locations.Flexibility for on-site and collaborative work.Occasional travel to testing sites, proving grounds, and customer locations.Flexibility for on-site and collaborative work.
