MAJOR PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES 
Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis facilitator;
Assure robustness of manufacturing assembly process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Facilitate the PFMEA execution process for New Introductions and update current Products on the assembly line.Owner of PFMEA sessions with the multidisciplinary team to secure proper execution.Follow-up pro-actively on all High AP’s, open issues and formal closure of risks. Escalate PFMEA top risks to Management Team.Generate reports and maintain updated DatabaseMake a difference to the efficiency and profitability of BRP by improving the focus on risk management in the product/process design.Use your unique mix of interpersonal skills, technical background and structured way of working.Responsible for following KPI’s and maintaining Dashboard updated.ISO Processes update.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

Engineering Degree (Industrial, Mechatronic or Mechanic),Product development experience,Experience 6 years or more,AIAG/VDA standard experience (Preferred)Bilingual (80% English and Spanish), both oral and written,Problem Solving Techniques and ISO knowledge,Good communications skills,Analytical mindset,Able to work on a multidisciplinary environment,Team worker,Quality and Productivity mindset,Driven to achieve results.
