PFS Client Mgmt Analyst

The Patient Financial Services (PFS) Client Management Analyst conducts outcomes management and performance improvement initiatives while meeting facilitation, communication, and collaboration contract compliance guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

 

Provides daily oversight of vendors' accounts receivable including analysis, issue identification and resolution to meet or exceed KPIs. Facilitates weekly or bimonthly meetings with the vendors and Patient Financial Services (PFS) stakeholders with agendas, action items and minutes to include regular review of outcomes and discussion items from all parties. Ensures appropriate and timely knowledge sharing between vendors and PFS. Monitors vendor compliance within contract terms. Supports all onboarding tasks related to vendor staff access. Coordinates all efforts of operationalizing a new vendor once the contract is signed. Maintains and utilizes vendor scorecards as both an analysis and accountability tool. Identifies and provides training and/or policies as needed in collaboration with vendors and PFS stakeholders. May perform additional duties as assigned.

Certification - Not requiredLicensure - Not requiredExperience - Three years of experience in Information Technology (IT), data analytics, healthcare payment policy, finance and/or revenue cycleEducation - Bachelor's degree or an additional six years of relevant experience instead of a degree.
