What you will do

PGIM Real Estate’s Marketing Services team partners with Business Development and Portfolio Management to provide our investors and prospects with best-in-class presentations and product marketing materials. 

We are seeking a Director, Marketing Services, to lead and manage the global team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team and ensuring that that the production of marketing materials (e.g., pitchbooks, fund reports, fund overviews) that communicate our strategies, capabilities, performance, are completed accurately and on time. In addition, you will manage the operational workflows and systems tools that support these efforts, as well as implement enhancements and transformative automation / AI solutions to further enhance and streamline processes, such as Seismic LiveDocs automation.

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic individual with experience supporting a Business Development team and providing solutions for how to streamline and enhances processes that overall support the sales efforts and client experience.

This candidate can be based in NY/NJ or Chicago.

What you can expectBecome an expert in PGIM’s marketing collateral and production processes.Manage a global team across the U.S., Europe, and AsiaEnsure that the day-to-day deliverables are completed accurately and on time.Develop training materials, SOPs, and user guides to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational processes.Manage and implement strategic initiatives that drive efficiency across the team.Develop stakeholder reporting for senior management.Partner with key stakeholders across the business, including Compliance, to create effective processes in support of the sales efforts.Ability to think strategically, develop creative solutions and enhancements to better service our clients and consultants.What you will bringMinimum of 8+ years of experience in client services or presentation sales supportPrior management and leadership experience.Ability to balance multiple priorities in high paced, dynamic, deadline driven environment.Detail-oriented with excellent organization, project management, and time management skills.Outstanding communication skills and proven ability to effectively work with all levels of Management.What will set you apart?Real Estate or Alternative Investment experiencePrevious Seismic Live Docs and automation experience

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $130,000 – $150,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
