Pharmaceutical Compliance Specialist
Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Pharmaceutical Compliance Specialist to join their team. As a Pharmaceutical Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the Technical Services department supporting quality system compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Pharmaceutical Compliance Specialist **Location:** Marietta, Pennsylvania **Pay Range:** $56-$61/hr **Duration:** 12 months (potential to extend/convert) **What's the Job?** + Manage quality system workload, including leading investigations and developing corrective actions. + Create and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training records. + Perform root cause analysis and facilitate cross-functional teams to investigate deviations. + Support timely completion of quality system action plans and represent the department at change control meetings. + Interact with appropriate personnel to communicate discrepancies impacting product quality or safety. **What's Needed?** + B.S or B.A in a technical discipline, preferably in Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Engineering, or Pharmacy. + A minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical experience investigating manufacturing deviations. + Demonstrated problem-solving and investigational skills with knowledge of GMPs and regulatory requirements. + Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing. + Experience in a highly complex matrix environment with strong attention to detail. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. + Engagement in meaningful work that impacts product quality and safety. + Professional growth and development in the pharmaceutical industry. + Chance to lead initiatives that enhance compliance and operational excellence. + Be part of a team that values integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
