How You’ll Help Us: 

As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Intelligence Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for strategic digital advisory to our clients and subsequently taking ownership for the delivery and execution of digital transformation initiatives.

Once You Are Here, You Will:  

Build and maintain professional relationship with senior client executives and expand professional network in client organizations   Project / Program management of large and complex client engagements   Adapt existing processes and procedures to create alternative solutions to complex problems   Assess the value of business and/or technology trends and identify opportunities for incorporating these into the client’s business and/or IT solutions   Drive the operational processes and services in support of knowledge management objectives to continuously improve program services and increase value delivered to clients   Working on projects that will leverage your expertise in life sciences and management consulting   Assist in breaking down complex business problems, developing solutions and delivering with high degree of focus on client satisfaction   With limited guidance, conduct market research, develop a point-of-view, and communicate effectively back to clients and stakeholders   Bring innovative thinking, resourcefulness, and agility achieved by leveraging best practices and creativity to get things done   Establish relationships with our clients at the appropriate levels, gain understanding of the project work and problems encountered  

 

Required Qualifications:  

Prior experience working on a pharmaceutical manufacturing shopfloor with an understanding of Computer Systems Validation (CSV) process  Experience working on L2 automation systems or on L3 manufacturing systems such as MES, LIMS, QMS, & ERP that support the batch process manufacturing of pharmaceuticals or biologics  Experience deploying IT systems that need to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)  3+ years of prior working experience within the life science industry  Bachelor’s degree in business or related field 

 

Preferred Skills:  

MBA Experience working with Manufacturing Intelligence Systems

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $120,500.00-$220,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.   This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.  This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
