Overview: Infusion for Health is seeking our first ever Pharmaceutical Relationship Manager to maintain and nurture existing relationships with pharmaceutical companies. This role focuses on managing ongoing partnerships, ensuring data integrity, and creating data visualizations that support strategic decision-making. This is not a sales role but instead, this role will focus on relationship management and contract coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for pharmaceutical partners, maintaining strong, ongoing partnerships.Contract Coordination: Oversee the management and renewal of service contracts with pharmaceutical partners.Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data, driving insights for decision-making.Data Visualization: Compile and present data in visually impactful formats to support strategic planning.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Intake, Billing, Finance, and Clinical, to address partner needs efficiently.Market Insights: Conduct market research to provide valuable insights for partner strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or a related field.1-3 years of account management experience, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.Strong communication skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.Experience using CRM software is preferred.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate has a strong background in relationship-building and data analysis. This role is designed for those who excel in managing partnerships and delivering data-driven insights, rather than pursuing new business sales.

The annual salary range for this role is expected to be between $55,000 - $85,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
