Summary:
Reporting to the Coord Pharm Operations (10) , Pharmacy, This position is responsible for providing pharmaceutical services, which will assure optimum clinical results, with a minimum potential for hazard to the patient, at minimal cost.
Requirements:
1. Current licensure as a pharmacist with the State of California is required.
2. Doctor of Pharmacy degree is preferred.
3. Residency or three years' (3) experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.
Pay Range: $74.33 - $104.06
