As a Central Fill Staff Pharmacist, you have a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. In addition to supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, you are accountable for supporting the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy. CVS Central Fill pharmacies manage, fulfill, and ship prescriptions to retail stores in a closed-door setting. These pharmacies fulfill 10k-40k prescriptions per week utilizing multiple retail systems that are specialized for Central Fill operations. The Central Fill Staff Pharmacist’s primary responsibility is accurate and efficient verification of Central Fill prescriptions following production. In addition, Staff Pharmacists may assist the Lead Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager in delegating, prioritizing, and maintaining the overall operation of the pharmacy when needed.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$50.50 - $69.10This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
