Provide prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals as needed for adequate patient care according to professional standards and practices. Consult with patients, families, nursing associates and medical staff. Facilitate pharmacy and healthcare system objectives. Provide all needed pharmacy services. Participate in the collection and compilation of data, then review and report results that will facilitate improvement in patient care.
