We are seeking a highly motivated, full time Retail Pharmacist to join our growing team and provide exceptional patient care in our retail pharmacy setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to providing the highest level of service to our patients. Duties : Dispense prescription medications accurately. Provide patient counseling on medication usage and potential side effects. Manage inventory to ensure the availability of necessary medications. Monitor patient medication therapies to prevent drug interactions. Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations. Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Retail Pharmacist Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience preferred in a retail pharmacy setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced work environment. Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations. Valid NC pharmacist license. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team. Proficiency in using pharmacy software and electronic health records. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform minor physical tasks. Hours: Full time 40 hrs/week; Monday – Friday 6:30am - 6:30pm; varying schedule
