This position involves receiving, transcribing, and entering resident prescriptions into our operating systems. Responsibilities + Receive resident prescriptions. + Transcribe prescriptions accurately. + Enter prescriptions into the operating system. + Provide excellent customer service. + Ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Essential Skills + Customer service + Healthcare experience + Pharmacy technician license + Pharmacist certification + Data entry proficiency Additional Skills & Qualifications + Registered Pharmacist + Experience with long-term care + Proficiency in data entry + Ability to handle prescriptions accurately Work Environment This role is based in a Long-Term-Care Pharmacy setting. The schedule for this position is the later shift from 3pm to 11pm. There is a weekend rotation required, with shifts on Saturday and Sunday every 4th or 5th weekend. Weekend hours are from 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm, with the possibility of extending to 7pm.
