Job Title: Pharmacist
Job Description

As a Pharmacist, you will be working in the Home Pharmacy that supports both adults and pediatric hospitals. You will provide home infusion pharmacy services, enteral therapy, and other specialized injectable therapies for pediatric patients and adults with childhood diseases such as cystic fibrosis and hemophilia. Your primary goal will be to meet patients' needs before they are discharged from the hospital to ensure they receive proper treatment at home. You will work closely with chemotherapy, hydration antibiotics, and medication to help treat patients.

The Home Pharmacy is located offsite from the main hospitals in Menlo Park. The billing, intake, fulfillment, and delivery teams are all situated in one location. The team has a great culture with a strong bond and is smaller in size but very close-knit. The work shifts are from Monday to Friday, with varying morning hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00
