We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:Pharmaceutical Drug Preparation & Dispensing: Prepare and dispense medications accurately.Medication Management: Oversee the management of medications to ensure proper use and storage.Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all pharmaceutical practices meet quality standards and comply with regulations.Customer and Practitioner Communication: Maintain open lines of communication and be readily available for consultations with customers and practitioner sites.Supervision of Technical Staff: Oversee technical staff to ensure smooth operations.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the pharmacy adheres to best practices and complies with federal, state, and local regulations.Professional Consultation: Provide expert consultation to patients and prescribers associated with partner health facilities.Operational Management: Organize and direct the workflow of technicians, verify the preparation and labeling of pharmaceuticals, and ensure accuracy in order entries, charges, and inspections.Skills:PharmacyMail orderPharmDCompoundingDispensingDrug preparationCustomer service

Additional Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required, PharmD preferredRegistered pharmacist in Tennessee, multi-state license is a plusMail order or retail experience preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $63.00 - $74.00/hr.
