Gundersen Health System, becoming Emplify Health, is looking for a dedicated full-time staff pharmacist to join our retail pharmacies in the La Crosse Clinic Pharmacy.

What you’ll do:Deliver LOVE + MEDICINE pharmaceutical care, working 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) primarily at our La Crosse locations with occasional shifts in Tomah and Prairie du ChienEnjoy flexible scheduling options for day and evening shifts with rotating weekendsDispense prescription medications accurately and provide appropriate counseling to patientsCollaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, patient wellness and disease preventionReview and interpret prescription orders to verify accuracy and appropriatenessMaintain accurate patient records, including medication histories and interactionsProvide information and guidance to customers regarding over-the-counter medications and health-related productsWhat you’ll get:Salary range: $124,238.40-$186,347.20 Competitive benefits package, including our top-rated retirement planProfessional development: Education tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 per year, financial support for advanced training and certification programs, extensive internal courses and access to Gundersen’s Career Development CenterDiversity, equity and inclusion: Year-round educational events and the support of a dedicated DEI committeeWhat you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of pharmacyImmunization certification (ex.
