Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team in Stuart, Florida. By joining our team, you’ll contribute to delivering premium-quality compounded medications to patients and clinics nationwide while supporting compliance with state and national regulatory requirements.
ResponsibilitiesOversee daily cleanroom operations, including compounding and labeling processes.Supervise and assist technicians in preparing sterile admixtures.Ensure compliance with SOPs, batch record instructions, and applicable regulatory guidelines.Conduct pre- and post-compounding operational checks to maintain product quality.Review and approve batch records before product release.Log controlled substances and maintain accurate compounding records.Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA processes, and continuous process improvements.Manage inventory of finished products in real time.Enforce personnel policies and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.Essential SkillsRegistered Pharmacist in the state of Florida.Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy OR Doctorate of Pharmacy degree (PharmD).2-3 years' experience as a pharmacist (preferably in a hospital and/or compounding environment).Sterile compounding experience.Understanding of FDA regulations and USP standards (797/795/800).Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious pharmacy management experience strongly preferred.Work Environment
100% onsite in a sterile environment, compounding pharmacy.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
