Description • Mostly verification but also helping call facilities for control prescriptions • Assist and manage pharmacy technicians as required and as necessary • Assist with phone calls as necessary • IV experience is a positive • Oversee proper inventory management and medication ordering • Assist with and oversee Medication Returns and E-Kit management • Develop and supervise medication management systems to ensure that adequate supplies of medications are available to meet resident care needs, stored under appropriate and secure conditions, delivered to residents in a timely, safe, and efficient manner, and labeled appropriately. Could need to wait until deliveries are done. • Weekends: 8am - 4pm • On call weekends; once every 7-8 weeks • Rotating holidays and weekends Comply with State Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations at all times Maintain required Continuing Education credits Maintain current licensing by the state(s) in which he/she practices Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $58.00/hr.
