Pharmacist - Full Time -Evening Shift Pharmacist, every other weekend with variable shifts, as needed.

Requirements:

Education: Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.A licensed Pharmacist in the state of Florida.PGY1 residency or a minimum of three (3) years of clinical hospital experience, preferred.

About the job:

Provides safe and effective drug therapy management to improve the outcomes of patients.Works centrally and de-centrally to perform all functions of a Registered Pharmacist including clinical interactions with the health care team, patient care monitoring, accurate dispensing and supervisory of the pharmacy techniciansConsults with physicians and nursing staff to ensure the best patient care and evidenced based medicine.Ensures that the physician’s orders are evidenced based and that the best pharmaceutical therapy is initiated appropriately.Provides educational services to patients and healthcare professionalsParticipates in the training of new pharmacist, residents, students and technicians
