Required Skills Minimum Education: • Must be a graduate from an approved school of pharmacy. Required Licenses: Pharmacists • Must be licensed by the state of Kentucky as a pharmacist. • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide care according to licensure requirements. Required Experience Minimum Work Experience: • One year working experience in clinical setting as a pharmacist.
