Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a high-performance environment. Develop and implement quality assurance and operational policies. Ensure accuracy and safety in medication preparation, dispensing, and labelling. Manage inventory to maintain proper stock levels and compliance with storage regulations. Review prescriptions for accuracy, legal compliance, and patient safety. Maintain licensure and regulatory compliance, acting as the primary liaison with state boards and accrediting bodies. Prepare detailed records and reports, ensuring readiness for inspections and audits. Optimize workflow to enhance efficiency, patient care, and safety.

Qualifications:

Active Texas Pharmacist License in good standing. PharmD or BSPharm from an ACPE-accredited program. Proven leadership experience in a pharmacy setting (non-retail preferred). Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, inventory management, and compliance. Proficiency in pharmacy management software and MS Office. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Commitment to integrity, quality, and patient-centered care.
