Overview

We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team of providing the highest quality of care, reliability, and support to our patients, caregivers, and families. In this role, the Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing clinical advice, as well as delivery services.

 

Schedule:

1st Shift - PRN

3 on call shifts average

overnight weekday availablity required

Responsibilities Provides clinical consultations to patients as well as recommendations to nurses, physicians, and other hospice personnelEvaluates medication profiles, compliance, and modifications to achieve desired therapeutic outcomesAnswers customer questions and resolves customer issues in a timely mannerRetrieves data in the pharmacy systemManages medication ordersEnsures proper storage and security conditions for medicationsMaintains a productive, orderly, and error-free work environment Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy Degree or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy DegreeCurrent and good standing Pharmacist License Strong communication skills, customer service, and problem-solving skills About our Line of Business About OnePoint Patient Care
