Inpatient Pharmacist position in an acute Hospital settingProvide pharmaceutical information ot multidisciplinary health care team, engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order vertificationsWork directly with nursing, physicians and peer to provide acute care servicesother duties as assigned

Job Qualifications
