About The Job:

As part of the provision of pharmaceutical care, the Pharmacist provides prescribed medications, drugs, and other pharmaceuticals consistent with ethical, legal, regulatory and professional (Pharmacy Practice) requirements.Reporting to the Director, the Pharmacist is responsible for the functions of Pharmacy Practice including patient profile and MAR Management, consultation and/or verification with prescribing physicians, distributive functions, accurate dispensing documentation, and supervision of the Pharmacy Technician functions.Position is PRN, as needed.Rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.Our hours are 7:00-3:30 M-F and 8:00-1:30 on weekends and holidays.

Requirements: 

 Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacy D is required.  Hospital experience is a must- including experience with mixing IV's. Ability to work independently.Ability to work weekends.
