**About The Job:**
+ As part of the provision of pharmaceutical care, the Pharmacist provides prescribed medications, drugs, and other pharmaceuticals consistent with ethical, legal, regulatory and professional (Pharmacy Practice) requirements.
+ Reporting to the Director, the Pharmacist is responsible for the functions of Pharmacy Practice including patient profile and MAR Management, consultation and/or verification with prescribing physicians, distributive functions, accurate dispensing documentation, and supervision of the Pharmacy Technician functions.
+ Position is PRN, as needed.
+ Rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
+ Our hours are 7:00-3:30 M-F and 8:00-1:30 on weekends and holidays.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacy D is required.
+ Hospital experience is a must- including experience with mixing IV's.
+ Ability to work independently.
+ Ability to work weekends.
