Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Pharmacist Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and training detailers to effectively promote our consumer healthcare products to retail pharmacists/store assistants. This role requires a deep understanding of product knowledge for healthcare products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Training and Development.
+ Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for detailers, focusing on product knowledge and effective detailing techniques.
+ Coaching
+ Provide ongoing coaching and support to detailers, helping them to improve their performance and achieve call reach targets.
+ Product Knowledge
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest consumer healthcare products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and current information is provided during training sessions.
+ Assessment
+ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
+ Collaboration
+ Work closely with Healthcare products Trade Marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency in product messaging and strategy.
+ Documentation
+ Maintain detailed records of training sessions, materials, and participant progress.
Qualifications:
+ Education
+ Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field. A Master's degree or PharmD is preferred.
+ Experience
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a pharmacist, with at least 2 years in a training or coaching role.
+ Skills
+ Strong knowledge of consumer healthcare products.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
