All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full Time **Shift** : Monday – Friday **Location:** Remote **The role you’ll contribute:** The Pharmacy Business Analyst - Intermediate provides comprehensive analytical support to the corporate pharmacy team. . The analyst will provide timely analyses, reviews data for accuracy and/or anomalies , keeps data updated, monitors workflow to ensure data accuracy and integrity, displays technical competency working from various data sources and summarizes data succinctly for decision making. The Intermediate Analyst should possess knowledge of pharmacy workflow and operations that enable them to have a big picture perspective of Pharmacy strategy as it is used to further organization goals and objectives. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + Identifies key stakeholders and engages them in deep conversations about the use of data requests to deliver the best end-product + Complete analyses or reports in a timely fashion and communicate any roadblocks that may hinder timely delivery of data. + Demonstrate planning and communication of topics, identifying stakeholders and or dependencies to ensure effective meetings, then ensure follow up tasks are completed. + Work independently on projects, gathering information, providing feedback, and determining best formats for delivering the final product. + Responsibility for completion of all assigned monthly analyses and provide support to end users in the use of said analyses. + Provide significant analytical input into the strategy and scope of initiatives. + Use knowledge and skills to enhance service line organizational effectiveness. + Train appropriate facility staff and coworkers on the use of various software applications. + Provide support to facilities completing data requests, reports, and/or answers to inquiries. + Conduct quarterly updates and verification of pricing files. + Audit facility end-user work to ensure accuracy and compliance + Maintain compliance and savings dashboard each month. + Additional projects and duties as assigned Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:** **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** **:** + Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university or college or at least 5 years’ experience in a related field. + 2-5 years’ experience working in data analytics **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:** + Degree in healthcare, accounting, finance or related major + Pharmacy Technician experience + 2-5 years’ experience working in pharmacy data analytics + Knowledge of the 340B program and technology used in the tracking of 340B virtual inventories (i.e. “splitting software”) + Working knowledge of the FDA’s Drug Supply Chain Security Act requirements + Hospital and Retail Pharmacy workflow and understanding + Database software knowledge (SQL) + Business Intelligence knowledge (PowerBI, QlikView, Tableau) This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
