Key Responsibilities:
Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to orders, billing, service and supply logistics, system troubleshooting, faxing & scanning and general administrative tasksEnsures Proper documentation is completed with respect to the receiving and return of goodsMaintain the optimal stock of inventory at pharmacy to pre-specified minimum stockUse PDT and MMS systems to perform daily tasks – receiving products, cycle count, process claims etc.Completes daily reports of inventory discrepanciesProcess claims for discrepancies and expired goods in timely mannerStock supplies to shelves on daily basis and rotate the stock accordinglyEnsure organization of workstation and inventory shelvesAction Recalls within 24hrs of notice and find alternatives when products are unavailableResolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s inquiries and concerns; must determine the cause of the problem and determine the best solution to solve the problemBuild, establish and maintain open lines of communication with their team, peers, trainers, Managers, and all other areas of the Company to facilitate in learning and problem solvingResponsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every interaction, ensuring quality service is provided to both internal and external clientsProvides back-up support to other group members as required including Automation and FillingParticipate in special projects and assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned Recognize liability on the outcomes of service providedCommitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belongingQualifications:
Experience in merchandising for at least 1-2 yearsStrong attention to details, interpersonal and communication skills including ability to work in a cross-functional environment and communicate with all levels of the organizationSelf-motivated and results orientedDemonstrated decision making skillsPossess a strong work ethic and team player mentalityExperience working in a fast-paced environment where high attention to detail and accuracy is essential Ability to work and maneuver quickly and consistently for extended periods of time High School Diploma Exposure to Hospital or Long-Term Care Pharmacy Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment Pharmacy Technician Diploma from accredited college, but not requiredEmployment Type:
