Performs a variety of data analytics by leveraging data captured from internal and external sources. Transforms data into actionable business insight. Collaborates with business partners to provide decision support and analytics. Support policy and procedure development, education, auditing, program enhancement and optimization projects, reporting, purchasing and inventory, split-billing, systems information and data analysis. **Exceptional Skills and Qualifications** Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. · High School Diploma or GED required. · Associate degree and/or working towards a higher degree preferred. · Prior experience with database (SQL) and experience within the healthcare industry strongly preferred. · Strong expertise in Excel required. **Why Community?** At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
