Job Title: Pharmacy Clerk
Job Description

The Pharmacy Clerk is responsible for pharmacy data entry and handling phone calls to members and providers. The role involves providing members with decisions on prior authorizations, such as approval, denial, or requests for more information. The majority of the work is data entry, working on two screens in a highly production-driven environment. Even if goals are met, adherence to the schedule must be maintained.

This role is available for candidates in any time zone, with a preference for the Eastern Time Zone. The standard schedule is from 10:30 AM to 7 PM EST, with rotating Saturdays and some holidays. Candidates must be comfortable working between 8 AM and 8 PM in their respective time zones. This position offers exposure to Managed Care and Pharmacy services. Benefits such as health, dental, and vision coverage are available while on contract. There is a year-long contract with the potential for permanent placement, though it is not guaranteed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
