Job Description:Performs complex, diverse, and administrative and operational support duties for the Acute Care pharmacy department.

Education Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating and completing Pharmacy related credentialing, payor enrollment, and researching associated issuesCoordinating and participating in committees, providing guidance and support to pharmacy leadershipCoordinating revision of policies and standard workAuditing supportPreparation of reports and meeting minutesCoordination and assistance with the management of team and patient schedules, as applicableGeneral office support including but not limited to ordering office supplies, distribution of mailProvides other support to staff within the department as requiredOther duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of office experience required, preferably in healthcareProficient and comprehensive skills in personal computer software systems and applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation and database (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Pharmacy experience highly preferredAssociates degree preferred
