PharMerica
OverviewThe Framework Corporate Trainer works under the supervision of the Training Delivery Manager to implement training programs for pharmacies dispensing orders via Framework LTC (Long-term Care) software.
You will be part of a remote team of trainers who travel to perform role-based pharmacy systems training onsite. Once trained, you will often be expected to travel solo and deliver training to Pharmacy Employees. You will need to be able to travel up to 50% of your time and reside anywhere across the contiguous United States near a major airport. When not traveling, you will have opportunities to develop training materials using the latest industry-preferred software for written documentation, eLearning courses, and gamification development. You will be joining a team responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing multiple training initiatives via both in-person and remote engagements that play a key role in the success of PharMerica’s goals.
