Our work depends on a Pharmacy Informaticist joining our team to support the Indian Health Services (IHS) Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) program. As a Pharmacy Informaticist supporting the IHS EHRM program, you will be responsible for supporting the client for clinical support.
HOW A PHARMACY INFORMATICIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Serve as an expert role model in promoting the understanding, integration, and application of information technology in healthcare settings.Help design, configure, activate, and support the implementation of Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions at the Indian Health Service.Mentor client project teams as necessary in project and system build strategy.Act as a consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.Consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts.Provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders.Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.Mitigate solution risks and issues and execute workflow and process improvement strategies.Lead client meetings and events.Work closely with project leadership on documentation of issues and facilitation of solutionsAnalyze and monitor workflows, providing documentation and optimization suggestions.Engage in evaluation and testing of new technologies.Maintain strong communications with project leader, manager, and team leader as well as other team and staff members, end-users, and vendors to ensure a productive and cooperative environment.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.8+ years of experience supporting medium to large IT projects.Knowledge of Indian Health Services workflows.Extensive knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health electronic health record.Experience acting as a consulting professional with an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.Experience driving client-specific solution configuration design that meets workflow requirements.Experience mitigating solution risks and issues and executing workflow and process improvement strategies.Proficient in Microsoft products.Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed.SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL:

The likely salary range for this position is $120,701 - $163,301. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
