Responsibilities - Pharmacy Intern, under the immediate oversight of a licensed Clinical Pharmacist, include:

Supporting the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department Expanding their knowledge and practice skills by participating in dispensing and drug distribution, pharmacy administrative activities, dissemination of drug and product information, and development of clinical skills. Exposure to a hospital pharmacy setting enhances the Intern's awareness of the role and responsibilities of the pharmacist.

Education:

Required - Currently Enrolled in Pharmacy (ACPE approved College of Pharmacy)

Certifications and Licensure:

Required - Pharmacy Intern registry with the Florida Board of Pharmacy
