Our Pharmacy IT Technician assists the System IT Pharmacy team in troubleshooting of IT systems standard compliance reporting and billing practices as assigned Responsibilities include but are not limited to the followingProvide frontline troubleshooting of all Pharmacy information systems including but not limited to Pyxis Par X Compounding Pharmacy Logistics and RepackagingWorks collaboratively with Care Connect team to assess and resolve issues related to the electronic health records IT SystemCompletes assigned daily compliance reports related to billing andor systems complianceDevelop implement and maintain monitoring processes to evaluate the effectiveness of services provided and adjust these processes to meet the needs of the institutionManages and reviews experience overseeing information technology systems preferredEducationBachelorrsquos Degree required LicensesCertificationsCurrent National Pharmacy Technician Certification requiredPharmacy
