SCHEDULE:
Monday thru Friday 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm
*HYBRID SCHEDULE*
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Create and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure the security and integrity of
systems/networks.
* Research and trouble-shoot problems related to the LMS, AMS and associated integrations
that impact education products.
* Analyzes data and implements solutions to effectively utilize the LMS to deliver, track training and measure learning activities to meet organizational objectives.
* Partners with key collaborators to ensure an optimal LMS experience for licensed partners.
* Creates and updates resources to train and support learners and staff on how to use the
technology.
* Develop new and edit existing multimedia assets to support the course content (illustrations, graphics, videos, etc.).
* Provide training and guidance for Education staff
* Work with administrative manager to manage the education account
REQUIREMENTS;
-A Bachelor's degree
-A minimum of 5+ years practicing as a pharmacy technician is required; CPhT certification strongly preferred.
-A minimum of 5+ years of experience using learning management system
