Description

Develop and execute clinical strategies to support access to pharmacy care in underserved communities.Oversee the delivery of telehealth services, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, CMS and standards of care.Serve as the primary clinical advisor to the executive team and advisory board. Establish and maintain clinical guidelines, protocols, and best practices for chronic disease management, medication adherence, and mental health services.Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, using data-driven insights to improve patient outcomes.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and telehealth standards.Lead and mentor clinical staff, including pharmacists, telehealth providers, and support teams.Develop training programs to enhance the clinical expertise of staff and support professional growth.Foster partnerships with healthcare organizations, community programs, and government agencies.Use data analytics to track patient outcomes, identify gaps in care, and guide clinical decision-making.

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required; MBA or MHAMinimum of 10 years of experience in clinical fieldClinical operations

Ability to shape telehealth pharmacy and support mission to expand health services in underserved communities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72.00 - $78.00
