Key Requirements: Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree Registration: Must be registered with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience, including  private hospital experience Skills: Proven leadership and people management experience Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant legislation, operating structures, and relationships within a hospital environment Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospital environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
