Primary responsibility for this position is to investigate, track, and trend specialty pharmacy data.

Specialty Pharmacy experience. Two years of quality improvement experience or program/project experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis. Experience in producing and analyzing quality metric data to meet accreditation standards.COMPETENCIES

Effective communication with customers, referring physician staff, and colleagues/employees. Ability to interact and communicate over the phone, sometimes in stressful situations. Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. Ability to read and accurately interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to work in a remote environment. Ability to categorize tasks based on importance, urgency, or other criteria, and follow tasks to completion.
