Job Description Summary

As an Inventory Representative you are responsible for processing supplier delivery receipt information in perpetual inventory system. Ensure all paperwork is received and filed properly. Resolve delivery issues between receiving department, purchasing, and suppliers.

Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

What you’ll do:

Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts of inventoryMaintain an accurate physical count of product in dispensing and overstock locationsReconcile variances to vendor invoices/packing slips; research and troubleshoot quantity discrepanciesOrganizes and maintains dispensing and overstock for efficient dispensing and material storage and handlingWork with warehouse Associates to maintain accurate labeling of items and locationsSet up of new items and resources in software as neededContinually update Inventory Descriptions in Dispensing softwareAssist Operations Managers/Supervisors with all inventory reportsPerforms related duties as required

What you need to do the job:

2-3 years relevant experience preferredIntermediate computer skills including Microsoft office: Word, Outlook, Excel & Access.Intermediate office equipment skillsAbility to understand mathematical conversionsWorking knowledge of inventory control practicesMust be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracyAbility to effectively establish rapport; present information and respond to questions related to inventoryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to quickly resolve problems and develop favorable solutions
